Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

1. Subscription Clients (Profile/Site Owners)

• Clients who subscribe to Onesweb to create their profile/site are eligible for a 10-day Money-Back Guarantee.
• Within the first 10 days of subscription, if the client is not satisfied, they may apply for a refund.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• No refunds are provided after 10 days.

2. Shopping Site Vendors

Vendor Obligations:

• Vendors must submit complete KYC and business details (Business Registration/GST/Bank details).
• Vendors can only start accepting online payments after approval from the Onesweb Admin Team.
• Vendor payments will be settled via Razorpay Route directly into the vendor’s verified bank account, as per the Seller Agreement.

Customer Refund & Return Policy (For Shopping Buyers):

Refundable Products:

• Request a refund/return within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, in original condition, with tags and invoice.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Products:

• Vendors mark products as “Refundable / Non-Refundable”.
• Digital, downloadable, hygiene-related, and used products are non-returnable.
• If damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery, replacement is possible.

3. Replacement Policy

Refundable Products:

• Replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
• If stock is available, the same product is provided; otherwise, a refund is issued.

Non-Refundable Products:

• Replacement only if damaged, defective, or incorrect at delivery.
• Request replacement within 5 days of delivery in such cases.

4. Shipping Charges

• If product is damaged/defective/incorrect, vendor bears return shipping cost.
• For other reasons, customer may bear return shipping cost or it will be deducted from refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions:

• Only the 10-day Money-Back Guarantee applies.

Shopping Orders:

• Orders can be cancelled only before shipment.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• Refunds for prepaid orders processed within 5–7 business days.

6. Exceptions

• No refund, return, or replacement for digital/downloadable, hygiene-related, or used products.
• No refund/replacement if product damaged due to customer negligence or misuse.

7. Disputes & Final Decision

• Onesweb will mediate disputes between buyer and vendor.
• Onesweb’s final decision is binding on both parties.

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indian laws and disputes are resolved under applicable Consumer Protection Laws of India.
